About Us

Jillian was born outside of Philadelphia and grew up in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.  After high school she attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hype Park, NY.  From there she went on an adventure putting on farm to table dinners around the country with Outstanding in the Field.  Living back in Philadelphia, she met her husband Brendan, and they settled in Wilmington, Delaware. Opportunity took them to Florida in 2020 where they now reside in Nocatee with their two young daughters Maddy and Lilly. 

Travel has always been an important part of Jillian’s life.  As a child her family went camping in the Adirondacks, beach vacations in the Outer Banks, NC, cruises and of course Disney World.  As an adult Jillian has been fortunate enough to explore the Caribbean, Europe and honeymoon in Southeast Asia.
