• We may charge planning or consultation fees, which are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• BJML Incorporated is not responsible for refunds from third-party vendors.
• Any fees charged by Tozer Travel/First Coast Luxury Travel are non-refundable unless otherwise noted in writing.

6. Travel Insurance We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment. We may offer insurance options, but final responsibility for purchasing and understanding the policy lies with the client.

7. Limitation of Liability Tozer Travel acts solely as an intermediary between you and the travel suppliers. We are not responsible for acts, errors, delays, omissions, or negligence of third-party providers. We are not liable for:

• Personal injury, property damage, or other losses resulting from travel.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other events beyond our control.

8. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site or services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
